NATIONAL SERVICE SCHEME (NSS)

About: 

The Jagdam College NSS units provide a platform for students to participate in community service and develop a sense of involvement in nation-building initiatives. NSS volunteers work to ensure that persons in need receive help to better their standard of living. Every year, a number of events are held to channel the younger generation's passion and idealism into artistic pursuits. They teach pupils and society about a wide range of topics, including health, cleanliness, palliation, and so on. Various health camps and cleaning programs are organized on a regular basis around campus and slum areas to increase awareness and encourage people to work toward a cleaner environment.
