OUR COLLEGE

Jagdam College is an educational institute located in Chhapra, Bihar, India. Founded in 1954, the college is a constituent college of Jai Prakash University, Chhapra. It is located to the north of the NH-19 Prabhunath Nagar railway crossing. The construction of this college was the product of the painstaking efforts of various Chapra philanthropists, educationists, and social workers, the most notable of whom being Shri Jagdam Singh, after whom the college was named, Prabhunath Singh, a founding member, and many more. This college provides excellent undergraduate and postgraduate education in a variety of subjects. Besides education, the college engages in social activities through its NCC and NSS branches.
